Admission Procedure:

APPLICATION/TESTING

  1. Please take note of the admission policies:
    • Grade in any subject/quarter must not be lower than 80 (Grade 1 to Grade 6)
      • General Average of 83% and Conduct Average of 82%
    • Grade 1 applicants must be able to READ SHORT STORIES with comprehension
    • Kinder applicant must be 5 years old by July 1, 2020 (no prior schooling needed) until the end of September 2020 (but should have prior schooling).

 IMPORTANT: The Department reserves the right to deny applicants who have not met the required policies.

 

  1. Accomplish the online application form (Click the link: www.sanbedarizal.edu.ph/BedistaPortalK12).
    CREATE an application and attach a 2x2 photo. Please take note of the applicant ID/username and password that will be generated.

  2. Pay the application fee of Php 850.00 (non-refundable) at the Accounting Office or through the bank under the account name of San Beda University. Indicate your name and applicant ID/username in the deposit slip.

  1. Submit the following requirements to the Admissions Center through a personal visit or through courier:
  • One (1) photocopy of the latest Report Card with 1st and 2nd Quarter grades (for Grade 1 to Grade 6)
  • Photocopy of Birth certificate (for local, issued by Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth certificate)
  • A printed copy of the completed online application form with attached 2x2 photo with white background
  • One (1) accomplished recommendation form (for Grade 1 to Grade 6)
  • Two (2) long brown envelopes
  • Original copy of the Bank Deposit Slip (Please write the name and Applicant ID)

 

Additional requirements for foreign students:

  • Photocopy of applicant’s passport (front page and stamped page with proof of the validity of stay)
  • Affidavit of Support from parents
  • Photocopy of ACR (I-CARD)

The Admissions Center will communicate with applicants after checking of the requirements via courier.

 

IMPORTANT: Only applicants with complete requirements are allowed to take the test.

 

  1. Take the assessment as scheduled
  2. Get the test results from the Admissions Center on the date indicated on the stub that will be given to your child after taking the entrance test.

 

ENROLLMENT

  1. For successful examinees, submit the following to secure Enrollment Processing Form from the Admissions Center:
  • Original copy and one (1) photocopy of the Final report card (Form 138) duly signed by the Principal
  • ID photos with white background (3 pcs. of 2x2 and 2 pcs. of 1x1)
  • Three (3) photocopies of Certificate of Completion for Grade 1
  • Medical Certificate (for Kinder to Grade 2)

 

Additional requirements for foreign or Filipino students who studied abroad (except those who studied in a Philippine School):

  • Original copy and one (1) photocopy of the Final report card (Form 138) duly signed by the Principal (with Red Ribbon if applicable)
  • Photocopy of Scholastic Records

 

IMPORTANT: Only applicants who submitted the Original Report Card duly signed by the Principal are allowed to enroll.

  4. One (1) accomplished recommendation form sealed in an envelope (visit sanbedarizal.edu.ph > Admissions > Downloadable Forms > Grade School Recommendation Form)
  5. Two (2) long brown envelopes
  6. Pay application and testing fee of Php 850.00 (non-refundable) at the school’s Accounting Office
  7. Bring Original copy of the Bank Deposit Slip (write name and Applicant ID) if payment was made through Bank

 

NOTE: INCOMPLETE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

 

Additional requirements for foreign students:

 

  1. Photocopy of applicant’s passport (front page and stamped page with proof of the validity of stay)
  2. Affidavit of Support from parents
  3. Photocopy of ACR (I-CARD)

 

Additional Requirement for Kinder

 

  1. The applicant must be 5 years old by the end of September 2020 but should have prior schooling.

 

Additional Requirements for Grades 1-6

 

  1. One (1) photocopy of a latest Report card with 1st and 2nd Quarter grades (Grade in any subject/quarter must not be lower than 80)

 

  • General Average –  83%
  • Conduct Average – 82%

 

  1. Must be able to read short stories with comprehension (Grade 1)

INTERVIEW

  1. For successful examinees, come for an interview. Please wear appropriate attire; e.g. shirt with collar, regular maong pants/slacks (jogging pants, ripped jeans or tattered pants and leggings are NOT Allowed), and closed shoes. Also, bring the following:
  • One (1) Photocopy of the Report Card for Third Quarter or the Original Copy and One (1) Photocopy of the Final Report Card (if it is already available with the Principal’s signature)
  • ID photos with white background (3 pcs. of 2x2 and 2 pcs. of 1x1)

 

  1. For successful interviewees, pay the reservation fee of Php 2,500.00 to the Accounting office. Submit the machine-validated reservation form to the Admissions Center. You may also pay through bank and submit the deposit slip through e-mail: ibed_admissions@sanbedarizal.edu.ph

 

IMPORTANT: The reservation fee is non-refundable and will be credited to your tuition upon enrollment. Only applicants who submitted the Original Report Card duly signed by the Principal are allowed to enroll.

 

ENROLLMENT
