ADMISSION POLICIES:

Please take note of the admission policies:

  • Grade in any subject/quarter must not be lower than 80 (Grade 1 to Grade 6)
    • General Average: 83% 
    • Conduct Average: 82%   
  • Grade 1 applicants must be able to READ SHORT STORIES with comprehension
  • Kinder applicant must be 5 years old by the end of August 2019.

 

IMPORTANT: The Department reserves the right to deny applicants who have not met the required policies.

 

APPLICATION FEE: Eight hundred fifty pesos (Php 850.00); non-refundable

 

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & PROCESS:

STEP 1: Accomplish the online application form (Visit the site: www.sanbedarizal.edu.ph/BedistaPortalK12).

STEP 2: Print the form and attach a 2x2 photo with white background.

Reminder: Please take note of the applicant ID/username and password that will be generated.

 

STEP 3: Pay the application fee of Php 850.00 (non-refundable) at the Accounting Office or through bank:

STEP 4: Submit the following requirements to the IBED Admissions Center through personal visit or through courier:

  1. One (1) photocopy of Philippine Statistics Authority Birth Certificate
  2. Printed copy of the completed online application form sent to your e-mail or through the Bedista Portal at www.sanbedarizal.edu.ph/BedistaPortalK12
  3. One (1) 2x2 picture with white background attached on the application form
  4. One (1) accomplished recommendation form (visit www.sanbedarizal.edu.ph > Admissions > Downloadable Forms > Elementary Recommendation Form) 
  5. Two (2) long brown envelopes
  6. Original copy of the Bank Deposit Slip (Note: Write name and Applicant ID on the deposit slip)
  7. Application and testing fee of Php 850.00 (non-refundable)
  8. Two (2) photocopies of latest Report Card with at least 2nd Quarter grades (for Grade 1 to Grade 6

 

Additional requirements for foreign students:

  • Entry Visa
  • Photocopy of parents and child’s passport (front page and stamped page with proof of validity of stay)
  • Affidavit of Support from parents
  • ACR (I-CARD) number

 

The Admissions Center will communicate with applicants after checking of the requirements via courier.

IMPORTANT: Only applicants with complete requirements are allowed to take the test.

 

STEP 5: Take the assessment as scheduled.

STEP 6: Get the test results from the Admissions Center on the date indicated on the stub that will be given to your child after taking the entrance test

 

ENROLLMENT:

For successful examinees, submit the following to secure Unofficial Registration Form from the Admissions Center:

  1. Three (3) 2x2 ID photos with white background
  2. Two (2) 1x1 ID photos with white background
  3. Medical Certificate (for incoming Kinder to Grade 2)

 

IMPORTANT: Only applicants who submitted the Original Report Card duly signed by the Principal are allowed to enroll.

INTERVIEW
For successful examinees:

  1. come for interview and wear appropriate attire (e.g. shirt with collar, pants, and closed shoes) and bring the following:
  2. for Grade 7 applicants, submit the Certificate of Honor for Rank 1 and Rank 2 of the batch for evaluation of scholarship grant.
  3. pay the reservation fee of Php 2,500.00 to the Accounting office. Submit the machine-validated reservation form to the Admissions Center. You may also pay through bank and submit the deposit slip through e-mail (admissions.sbuibedrizal@gmail.com/ibed_admissions@sanbedarizal.edu.ph) 

IMPORTANT: The reservation fee is non-refundable and will be credited to your tuition upon enrollment. Only applicants who submitted the Original Report Card duly signed by the Principal are allowed to enroll.

 

ENROLLMENT:

APPLICATION FEE: Three hundred pesos (Php 300.00); non-refundable

 

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & PROCESS:

STEP 1: Accomplish the online application form (Visit the site: http://carsi.sanbeda.edu.ph/aims/applicants).

STEP 2: Print the form and attach a 2x2 photo with white background.
Reminder: Please take note of the applicant ID/username and password that will be generated.

  • Photocopy of the National Career Assessment Exam (NCAE) result
  • One (1) photocopy of latest Report Card with at least 2nd Quarter grades or Original copy and photocopy of Final Report Card (Form 138) duly signed by the Principal, if available
